Webinar: Remote support for more efficient service in mechanical engineering

On May 6 at 9 a.m., our partner Kontron AIS GmbH will host a free webinar on "Digital Customer Service, Commissioning & Maintenance - Remote Support as the Key to Proactive Service in Mechanical and Plant Engineering". The IIoT platform EquipmentCloud® including knowledge database was specially developed for service and after sales in medium-sized mechanical and plant engineering companies. It enables internal and external processes to be mapped and system-related data to be collected and analyzed.

Remote Maintenance is integrated into the EquipmentCloud® in the form of the RemoteAssistant app. This allows interactive video conferences to be started directly from the system between service technicians on site and experts from all over the world in order to quickly resolve problems together.
