The Mecha­nical Engi­nee­ring Forum is meeting again: From 12 to 15 November 2019, the annual specia­list event for the exch­ange of expe­ri­ence among mana­gers in medium-sized mecha­nical and plant engi­nee­ring compa­nies in German-spea­king count­ries will take place. Nume­rous events on the topics of marke­ting & sales, purcha­sing & mate­rials manage­ment and indus­trial after sales service are offered during the four days.

These are composed of lectures, expe­ri­ence reports and analyses, which convey mecha­nical engi­nee­ring know­ledge from specia­lists. Best prac­tice examples will also be used to clearly demons­trate solu­tions for medium-sized compa­nies. Follo­wing each presen­ta­tion, there will be an oppor­tu­nity to exch­ange ideas with the respec­tive speaker and share their own expe­ri­ences.

We at Bitnamic are happy to be part of this lively know­ledge transfer and cordi­ally invite you to listen to the presen­ta­tion of our Sales Manager Chris­to­pher Siemer: He will describe current chal­lenges in the service and main­ten­ance of machines and systems and show how these chal­lenges can be over­come with the help of our mobile soft­ware Remote Main­ten­ance Assis­tance (RMA). This is based on a plat­form-inde­pen­dent approach to your service process. Mr. Siemer will demons­trate exactly what this means and the advan­tages it offers by compa­ring it with a common instant messa­ging service. In addi­tion, general expl­ana­tions of the data glasses will be given and it will be discussed for which service missions they are best suited.
