The Mechanical Engineering Forum is meeting again: From 12 to 15 November 2019, the annual specialist event for the exchange of experience among managers in medium-sized mechanical and plant engineering companies in German-speaking countries will take place. Numerous events on the topics of marketing & sales, purchasing & materials management and industrial after sales service are offered during the four days.
These are composed of lectures, experience reports and analyses, which convey mechanical engineering knowledge from specialists. Best practice examples will also be used to clearly demonstrate solutions for medium-sized companies. Following each presentation, there will be an opportunity to exchange ideas with the respective speaker and share their own experiences.
We at Bitnamic are happy to be part of this lively knowledge transfer and cordially invite you to listen to the presentation of our Sales Manager Christopher Siemer: He will describe current challenges in the service and maintenance of machines and systems and show how these challenges can be overcome with the help of our mobile software Remote Maintenance Assistance (RMA). Mr. Siemer will demonstrate exactly what this means and the advantages it offers by comparing it with a common instant messaging service.
